Our team sources funds from qualified investors seeking to achieve above-market returns on excess cash and invests their capital in our Loan Portfolios. We underwrite each loan and visit each site whenever a loan is made. To ensure that our team holds high standards and proper judgement when preforming their risk assessments, we have set a requirement that our team invest a large portion of their own capital alongside our clients.
