Makana Capital Management is a family owned and run company, founded by David and Nikki Mieger. After graduating in 2010, David went to work for EDM Realty Corp, a Real Estate Property management and Hard Money Lending firm, and Nikki spearheaded the investment management of her family portfolio. Very quickly, hard money lending became a consistent and profitable focus of our work and personal investment portfolios. After over a decade working together, we decided it was time to open the pool of investors beyond our close friends and family.
